With our suppliers, we seek win/win relationships and to promote the application of our code of conduct in doing so. Kindly note that:

1. We award business on the basis of Safety, environmental responsibility, quality, performance, delivery, and competitive price.
2. We expect our suppliers to avoid the use of questionable sales tactics, such as deceptive discounts and gifts in exchange for purchases, which are out of place in ethical business relationships. SISCO prohibits the involvement of its employees with suppliers who offer gifts that are intended or give the appearance of intending to influence business awards.
3. We advise strictly to avoid situations that might be adverse to SISCO’s interest, or result in conflicting loyalties or interests. A supplier may not assign to, subcontract with, employ or in any way engage an SISCO employee or any dependent member of the employee’s family or close relative, if the employee is in a position to influence SISCO award of business or management of a buying agreement.

Supplier shall at all times during the execution of any Purchase Order and thereafter, treat and keep the details of the PO and all information in connection thereto received from SISCO, confidential and agree not to divulge such to any third parties without SISCO prior written consent. Suppliers may also be required to execute non-disclosure agreement(s) in respect of specific projects.
